Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the physical package has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Because each Suraksha Tag contains a unique security code, we do not offer refunds once a tag has been activated online by the user.
If you receive a damaged or unreadable tag, please contact us at mysurakshatag.in@gmail.com with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
Software access sold alongside the physical kits is non-refundable once the physical kit is delivered and unsealed.
