Suraksha Tag provides a communication gateway between bystanders and vehicle owners. We do not guarantee network availability, SMS delivery speeds (which depend on telecom operators), or the actions of third-party bystanders.
Our system logs IP Addresses and Device IDs. Any individual found misusing the QR scan feature to harass, spam, or send false alerts to vehicle owners will be immediately reported to local Cyber Police authorities.
The "Lifetime" plan refers to the functional lifespan of the physical QR sticker/keychain and the continued operation of the Suraksha Tag platform. You are responsible for keeping your vehicle and contact details updated in the dashboard.
